The 2019 season will come to a close on October 5 with the Ashland Mountain Challenge (AMC) presented by Ashland Mountain Adventures just over the California border in Ashland, Oregon. The Riders can expect a big day on the bike at elevation, with long transfer climbs and extensive stages with both technical and pedaling sections at altitude. The unpredictable, flowy and fast race course will cover two sides of Mount Ashland. This challenging course is the ultimate test of legs, lungs, and skill, and offers a veritable tour of the outstanding trails on the east and west sides of Mount Ashland.

Stage Start Times
We’ll be starting riders at each stage by category. The indicated times are the start times at the start of each stage, it is your responsibility to be at each race stage at the time indicated. At the top of the table you will find the estimated transfer time for each stage to help you plan your transfers. We also allocated 10 minutes between stages, beyond the transfer times, to allow you to manage repairs, hydrate and get some food. So you will have plenty of time to make the transfers between stages and enjoy the day and the race.

NOTE: Mandatory Time Check – these are time checks at the CES Timing Tent for us to download your stage times off your timing chip and know which side of the mountain you’re on. These checks are anytime you are at the main venue at Lithia Park – swing by the timing tent to check-in. Failure to check-in will be a 15sec penalty per incident.
