We don’t keep a wait list, we send anyone looking to buy or sell a race entry to post on our Facebook page.  Transferring a race entry is free of charge – the instructions are posted here.

Weekend Schedule

Thursday, July 13, 2023 – Camping Open

Friday, July 14, 2023 

  • Course Inspection: 8am – 5pm
  • Packet Pickup: 4pm – 6pm at Main Lodge

Practice Day and Race Day lift tickets are included with registration – get your lift tickets and food/drink voucher at the Main Lodge before you can get on the lift. If under 18 – bring your waiver to get your lift tickets.

Lifts running will be on Friday from 10am-4pm.

Saturday, July 15, 2023

  • Packet Pickup: 7:30am – 8:30am at Main Lodge
  • Rider Meeting: 8:30am at Main Lodge
  • Race: 9:30am – 3:00pm
  • Awards: Post Race – est 4pm
  • Race Dinner: starts 5pm
  • Jump Competition: 6:30-8pm
  • DJ: 3-8:30pm

Food Venues:

Friday July 14th

  • Powder Hound will be open and serving food 8am-4pm
  • Ray’s Place will be open 10am-5pm

Saturday July 15th

  • Powder Hound will be open and serving food 7:30am-3:30pm
  • Ray’s Place will be open 10am-closing
  • Racer Dinner will be at 5:00pm – Non-racer dinner tickets available for purchase $25.

Camping

Camping is available in the parking lot at the Mt Shasta Ski Park – there are no designated camping sites. There are plenty of places at the edges of the parking lot on dirt/under the trees more comfortable for folks tents. There is also plenty of room for large RVs. Setup where you find space – make camping villages with your friends. Enjoy the weekend.

If you are camping at the Ski Park, please look through and abide by the policies below.

Camping Policies:

  • No Fires
  • All outside alcohol must remain in the camping lots and cannot be brought to the main base area at all throughout the weekend
  • Please camp in the lower lots to allow for day-of parking for staff and volunteers
  • This is a “dry” site. There is no power, water or dump facilities available. All RV’s and Trailers must be fully contained. You may not discard grey water, black water or any liquid waste. Outhouses are available in various locations throughout the parking lots.
  • Pets must be kept on a leash and out of the base area
  • RV Parking/camping area curfew is 10:00pm. No music or loud noise after curfew
  • Porta Potties are located throughout the various parking lots in the camping area
  • Indoor bathrooms located in the main lodge and will be available for use during the weekend
  • Communal outdoor showers are located behind the lower lodge
  • Dumpsters are located throughout the lots, please help keep the Ski Park clean and ensure all trash goes in the dumpster before your departure.
  • Bike repair stations are in the main base area
  • First Aid stations in main base area\
  • Food and Beverage is located in the Upper Lodge
  • $5 bag of Ice available for purchase in Upper Lodge

Packet Pickup

Packet Pickup will be at the Main Lodge

  • Saturday, July 30, 7:30am-8:30am

Waiver

Participants acknowledged an online waiver when registering for the race – no waiver is necessary.

If you are under 18, you need to print and complete this waiver and bring it with you to get your practice and race day lift tickets.

Aid Stations

There will be aid stations in the base area by the Main Lodge, at the top of the Marmot chair lift.
The aid stations will have water and hydration by Cranked Naturals.

Specialized Neutral Support

Our title sponsor Specialized will be at the race to provide neutral support to help you with repairs and keep you racing this weekend.

FOX Queen Stage

The FOX Queen Stage is back this year – the racer in each category with the fastest time on Stage 4 (Downhill) at Mt Shasta will get 10 bonus points towards their overall ranking.

Also we are tracking stage wins, offering a bonus prize from FOX for the male and female amateur racer with the most stage wins at the end of the season.

Stage Start Times

We’ll be starting riders at each stage by category. The indicated times are the start times at the start of each stage, it is your responsibility to be at each race stage at the time indicated. At the top of the table you will find the estimated transfer time for each stage to help you plan your transfers. We also allocated 10 minutes between stages, beyond the transfer times, to allow you to manage repairs, hydrate and get some food. So you will have plenty of time to make the transfers between stages and enjoy the day and the race.
