Weekend Schedule
Friday, July 9, 2021
- Course Inspection: 10am – 4pm
- Packet Pickup: 3pm – 6pm at the Main Lodge
Practice day lift tickets are included with registration. You need to bring your waiver to get your lift tickets at Mud Creek in the Main Lodge before you can get on the lift.
Saturday, July 10, 2021
- Packet Pickup: 7am – 8am at the Main Lodge
- Rider Meeting: 8am at the Main Lodge
- Race: 9am – 3pm
- Live Music: starting 5pm at the Main Lodge
Sunday, July 11, 2021
- Race: 9am – 2pm
- Awards: 3pm-4pm
Race Book – has all the event details you’ll need for the event weekend including location, weekend schedule, registration pickup details, course description, available accommodations, and other information.
Waiver – Please print and bring the completed wavier with you to Mt Shasta – the less pens we need to share the better.
Course Map – With the hot temps we’re expecting – all transfers will be lift transfers this weekend.
Stage Start Times — The indicated times are the start times at the start of each stage, it is your responsibility to be at each race stage at the time indicated.At the top of the table you will find the estimated transfer time for each stage to help you plan your transfers. We also allocated 10 minutes between stages, beyond the transfer times, to allow you to manage repairs, hydrate and get some food. So you will have plenty of time to make the transfers between stages and enjoy the day and the race.
The mandatory time checks are required at the CES Timing Tent as indicated – failure to time check results in a 15sec penalty.
