New State-of-the-Art Timing System

A new state-of-the-art timing system (the same system used by the Enduro World Series!) will take CES to the next level, and allow us to provide live timing results on-site, live timing online with a live race blog for riders, friends and family to follow as the race unfolds.

Help us raise the bar for your series by making a donation. Remember, CES is a volunteer-run 501c3 non-profit organization, and your donation is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. If you are looking to make a year-end contribution, what better place than where it can support your passion and your enduro community!

Team Requirements

For the 2017 season, teams competing in the CES Team Competition must be comprised of five or more riders across one or more categories (up from three or more in 2016). Additionally, a team must include at least one female rider racing any women’s category.

As in 2016, each team receives points based on their top three rider results across all categories at each race. A team will not receive points for a round if less than three riders participate.

More details including information on registering a team can be found here.

New Sport Women 35+ Category

Female participation in enduro and the California Enduro Series is growing. For 2017, we are adding a new Sport Women 35+ category to help make the series more approachable for women. With our new requirement for CES Teams to include at least one female rider, we’re leading the charge in getting more women on CES race courses.

Spread the word – let’s see the number of women racing soar!

Enduro Skills and Course Previews with Brian Astell

CES is teaming up with pro rider Brian Astell to offer skills coaching and course previews. Brian will lead group pre-rides of each course and help racers out with line selection and riding technique, and will also advise on training, nutrition and fitness.

Ashland Trail Work Weekend

CES is happy to give back to the trails we race. We are working with the folks at Ashland Mountain Adventures – organizers of the popular Ashland Mountain Challenge – on a trail work weekend in Ashland February 18-19. Save the date – more info to come.
